Program Description:
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Neighborhood Vet related to your pet’s care. Messages may include, but are not limited to:
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
Follow-up instructions or test result notifications
Health reminders (e.g., vaccines, heartworm prevention, wellness exams)
Occasional service updates, promotions, or educational tips
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on your pet’s needs and your interactions with our clinic, but typically includes a few messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Neighborhood Vet unless you re-enroll.
