Clinic Medication Refills & Prescriptions
Easily request a medication prescription or refill for your pet for curbside pick-up:
Step 1: START REQUEST for Refills
Enter the Pet Portal to Start the Prescription Request. Please allow 24 hours for all prescription requests to be processed during normal business hours. Weekend and Holidays will increase processing times.

Step 2: VET REVIEW & APPROVAL
Our vet team will review your request and pet’s medical record. Please allow at least 24 hours during normal clinic hours for all prescription requests. We will contact you on the status of your request. Prescriptions may be approved or more information may be needed.
Step 3: PAYMENT & PICK-UP TIME
If the prescription request is approved, our vet team will send you a link to pay for the prescription. Once payment is received, you will be notified a time when the medication can be picked-up.
Step 4: PICK-UP
Come to Neighborhood Vet during operating hours. We have RX Pick-Up Curbside Parking so you can relax in your vehicle. Text or call when you arrive. We’ll bring your purchase out to you.
