We Get It - Pet Needs Can Not Always Be Scheduled
First Come, First Serve: We gladly accept walk-in visits on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach our daily capacity.
Wait List System: After completing the necessary visit forms, you'll be added to our wait list. Your pet's care is important to us, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Accurate Wait Time Estimates: We understand your time is valuable. Our team strives to provide accurate estimates of wait times, ensuring transparency and convenience.
While You Wait: While waiting for your turn, feel free to relax in our comfortable sitting areas or take a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood. May we suggest: Forsyth Park, Black Rabbit Cafe, or Henny Penny Cafe . Your pet's well-being and your comfort are our priorities.
Text Notifications: Once it's your pet's turn, we'll send you a text notification. We will hold your spot in line for 15 minutes. This allows you to make the most of your time while waiting and ensures a smooth transition into your visit.
Last Walk In Accepted: To ensure ample time for your pet's care, please note that the last walk in is accepted one hour before our closing time. We appreciate your understanding.
