Meet Lauren
Hey! I’m Lauren,
I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always felt a natural connection to them. From a young age, I knew I wanted to spend my life caring for animals, and that feeling has only grown stronger with time.
I gained my first hands-on experience volunteering at a wildlife conservancy in high school, and later worked at a humane society while earning my degree in Environmental Science. There, I witnessed both heartbreaking cases and incredibly rewarding moments that confirmed my passion for animal care. After graduating, I spent several years working in medical research at a hospital before finding my way to Neighborhood Vet. I’ve learned that patience, kindness, and creating a calm, supportive environment are essential in veterinary care—for both pets and their people.
I love being part of such a close-knit, compassionate team where building relationships matters just as much as providing quality care. My goal is always to make each visit a positive experience, so pets feel safe and owners leave feeling confident and supported.
