Aftercare

Our promise to you is to provide compassionate aftercare for your pet. We treat pet remains with dignity and respect through advanced training with our team and thorough vetting of our cremation partner. We will handle the whole process for you and discuss aftercare options sensitively.

We provide aftercare services for pets put to sleep or for at home deaths. Cremation can be “private” meaning your pet’s ashes are returned to you in a keepsake urn usually within a week. For “communal” cremations, your pets ashes are not returned to you but become a part of a memorial ocean reef. Depending on your location, home burials may be allowed.

To honor your pet, our clinic only uses a specially designed, ecological, medical fabric bag for handling remains. Our bags can also be purchased for at-home burials.

We have partnered with Pet Angel Crematory for cremation services. Pet Angel is a member of the International Association of Pet Cemeteries and Crematories. This not-for profit association is dedicated to advancing the standards, ethics, and professionalism of pet aftercare providers. Learn More
